Stories of Hope and Healing
It is our goal to reduce the mental health stigma surrounding first responders. We advocate for those suffering from post-traumatic stress and acknowledge the service and sacrifice of first responders lost to suicide. We strive to bring awareness to mental health issues; supporting first responders and their entire families through a whole body holistic approach.

"Wellness for Warriors is an organization built with kind, trusting, compassionate individuals dedicated to helping First Responders live a healthy life while managing the day to day stress of the job. I came to Meghan Kelley after 20 years as a LEO, at a point in my career where I needed to make changes as the stress was becoming debilitating in every area of my life. Meghan connected me with a Peer Supporter who was the therapy sessions that I craved for years and it truly became the day I decided to take back my life. I will be forever grateful."

"Several years ago I began taking Meghan's First Responders evening class thinking it might be something good to compliment my marathon training. What began as a class to stretch became more than I could have ever expected. There is a depth to her teaching and her knowledge that stays with you throughout your day. She clearly has done the work and has the knowledge of what first responders need and for that I am extremely grateful."

“As a homicide detective, I spent years suffering from racing thoughts and insomnia, May 2020 was the worst month of my life. When I would look in the mirror I could see the absolute exhaustion in my eyes, I came to a point where I was willing to do anything just to feel better. Meghan Kelley changed that, she worked with me, helped me incorporate a daily routine of mindfulness and meditation, and I couldn’t believe it, I began to sleep once again, felt at peace once again.”

"Meghan Kelley is truly one of a kind. I started taking her classes 4 years ago (both private and group) and have not left since. Meghan's classes really allow you to enter into your practice and watching her practice motivates you to continue with and deepen yours. She connects with everyone in the class and when you are in a one on one session you know you have her undivided attention. On a personal level, Meghan has inspired me to truly want to be a better person and a better friend. I have watched how in everyday life she makes time to help people she does not even know who are suffering, how she never takes anything for granted and what an amazing and loving person she is. She is open and honest about things that have brought her to this point in her life and I assure you if you take her class, you will not only want to continue, you will find it life altering in an incredibly positive way."
